Training Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Training Class Times – Class #1: 10am-11am, Class #2: 5pm-6pm
Location: Treehouse Gym is the primary location. We also have trained in sand and water, so other locations and training options will be made available. Also, you will have full access to training videos, should you go on vacation or be unable to attend a session.
Kurt’s Rules for Jump Training Success:
- Attend each training session.
- Give each rep, each exercise, each workout your best effort.
- Use proper technique. Most of the exercises for this training are done differently than traditional training.
- Stay healthy.
- Don’t under-cut your training with anything else. Make this training your priority.
